Booking online is easy!

What could be more convenient than booking your tickets online! You don’t have to wait on hold, and the process is incredibly easy. If you haven’t ordered online before, here is a simple step-by-step guide on how to buy tickets through our website.

Before you begin, you’ll need to create an online account.

Read these instructions if you need to create an account:

  1. Visit us at
  1. Click on the message “Welcome. Please Login” in the top left-hand corner. You’ll be redirected to a new page.
  1. Click the “Register” button on the right-hand side.
  1. Fill in your information and click “Continue.”
  1. Let us know if you’d like to receive any communications from us, then click “Continue.” You’ll be redirected to our homepage to place your order.
  1. Remember to log out when you’re done!

If you forgot your password, don’t worry. On the log in screen select “If you have an online account but have forgotten your username and/or password,click here.”  You can enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail prompting you to set a new password.  You can also enter the security question that you selected when you created your account by following the instructions on the page.

If you have an online account, just follow these steps:

Click on a performance title (at the left of our homepage), “Plays and Tickets” (at the top) or “Calendar” (along the right-hand side of the screen).Select “Calendar” to see a month-by-month schedule for the season, or select individual productions to be taken directly to a play description and a show-specific calendar of performance dates.3. Once you’ve chosen your performance date, you’ll get to select your own seat! Simply follow the instructions listed on the page:- Select the section of the theatre you’d like to sit in
    – Choose your price type (if you have a promotion code, enter it to access the discount ticket price)
    – Select your seats from the theatre seating grid (My favourite part :))

    Once you’ve picked your seats, you’ll see them appear under “YOUR ORDER” at the bottom of the screen. If you’d like to review each item individually, simply click the “+” or “–” for more details. And if you want to remove a ticket, no problem – simply click “remove seat.” You can still add more, if you’d like! Once you’re ready to check out, click “Continue.”

    4. Next you’ll get the chance to add refreshments and ancillary activities to your order – I’m going to grab a couple glasses of vino and tickets to our new Festival Exhibition! When you’ve selected everything you want, click “Continue.”
    5. You’ll get another chance to review the items in your shopping cart before completing your purchase. Forget something? You can select another performance by clicking “Continue Shopping.” If you’re ready to go, click “Checkout.”

    6. In order to make your purchase, you’ll need to log in.

    7. After you’ve entered your username and password, you’ll be able to complete your payment. You’ll also get to:

    -Choose to make a donation
    -Pick how you would like your tickets delivered to you (If you select “Print@Home,” you’ll save $2 in handling fees and receive your tickets in your e-mail inbox within one hour!
    -Redeem a gift certificate
    Complete your payment by entering your credit card information and clicking “Checkout”

    8. Next you’ll receive an order number on the “Thank You” screen, along with an e-mail confirming your purchase. If you selected the “Print@Home” ticket option, you’ll receive a second e-mail with your tickets attached. If not, your tickets will be mailed to you shortly or will be waiting for you at the Box Office!

    How easy was that?  Online ordering is a great option and – best of all – it’s always available. So you can book at midnight, if you want to!

  1. If you receive email on your phone you don’t even have to print your tickets, they scanned the barcode of the email on my phone when a guest left their ticket in the car last year
