Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will work with the Membership Manager to develop revenue targets for the General Membership program (gifts less than $1,250) for our On-site Representatives and staff campaigns. By providing strong leadership through motivating, coaching and training of On-site Representatives, you will ensure all sales targets are met. Additional responsibilities will include; the ability to analyze data; deploy, maintain and respond to membership email; coordinate and implement the Festivals’ Annual General Meeting and co-ordinate ordering and organization of all General Membership materials and on site representative incentive programs.
You will have recent experience in sales/fundraising programs including direct mail and telesales; demonstrated the ability to achieve targets and goals and awareness of online fundraising strategies and techniques. Past experience supervising staff by both motivating and communicating with a high level of success is extremely important for this detail oriented leader. This contract will require some flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
This position will begin January 3, 2012 for a 9 month period, with the possibility of an extension.
