Retail Lead Hand
The successful candidate will be a highly driven and motivated Lead Hand ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day retail operations of the stores. This position is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service, assisting with training and coaching of staff, performing all tasks regarding opening and closing functions, achieving sales budgets, administration and stock management.
As part of the Theatre Store Management team your primary responsibility is to drive and maximize sales while supervising sales associates and providing sales and customer service to store patrons.
The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years supervisory experience working for a specialty retailer and possess exceptional customer service skills. Service oriented and sales focused, applicants should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities and be able to inspire and motivate others. Candidates are expected to possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills along with an enthusiasm for retail sales. Proficiency in Excel, Word and computer POS systems is essential. Day, evening and weekend work at multiple locations is required.
