Pastry Cook – Food and Beverage Department
This seasonal position begins in February and concludes October 20, 2013. Reporting to the Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing exceptional pastries and desserts. You will also be expected to help with daily cleaning, other food preparation, as well as assisting with large and small catered events. You will possess the ability to serve patrons in a friendly, fast paced food service environment, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
The successful candidate should possess baking/pastry experience, as well as other basic kitchen knowledge. Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position will require working flexible hours with the expectation of working evening, weekend and holiday shifts, as well as occasional overtime.
